The ULTIMATE Tucson Turkey ~ yum!

It's hard to beat Thanksgiving! It has all the ingredients of a great day ~ friends (or "framily" as our friend Katie calls close friends who aren't relatives), family, laughter, fun, and.... ta da.... great food! Here is the magnificent turkey that our friend Paul cooked. It was moist & delicious and was pretty much stripped to the bone before the day was over. The beautiful and sweet Belgians, Sasha & Brenna, stand by ~ ever hopeful that the bird might somehow fall off the grill.

Happy belated Thanksgiving! The turkey looks truly scrumptious! My brother-in-law does a cajun spice rubbed turkey on the grill but we weren't with his family this year.

Hey - I recognize that guy! Lucinda and Paul are friends of mine - but I sure didn't know he could cook a turkey on the grill like that. It looks beautiful! Hope you had a Happy Thanksgiving.

Hi Leif, Paul's turkey is a special family recipe also. I have another friend who smokes/steams his bird and that, too, is yummy!
