My friend Camille's salad bar ~

To say that my friend Camille has a green thumb doesn't do her justice! Here's just a small portion of her delicious garden. I was lucky enough to get some of her swiss chard (organic, of course!) to take home. I rinsed it, patted it dry, chopped it into ribbons and quickly sauteed it in olive oil, freshly ground pepper, and minced garlic..... mmmmm!
