Cactus Bus Stop ~
To me these cacti look like they are impatiently waiting to catch the first glimpse of their bus approaching.
HA!! FUNNY!...maybe everybody is trying to see around the tall guy wearing 2 hats?! And the two in the forefront are seriously putting the BARREL in Barrel Cactus!
Based on Roberta's comments I did a little research and found that these cacti are sometimes called "Compass Cactus" and they generally lean in a southwest direction. Interesting!
Yes, they do lean, but I couldn't recall exactly which way. Thanks for researching. I know that a short (young) saguaro grows straight up, so you can tell the difference between the two out on a desert hike ;-)
