Who could resist this face? (4 photos)





Viva la France! This HUGE and handsome Mastiff was having lunch with his humans at Ghini's, the wonderful French cafe on Prince. He was so sweet and patient and gentle as he waited for french fries. His name is "Saathi" which means "Good Friend."  Good boy!!

    Is that a table-clearing service dog? Look for a health dept. citation coming to the restaurant in the near future!

      Dear AK, In Tucson dogs (including non service dogs) are permitted on restaurant patios.

    Quite right, health risk, huh! More risk from the salad. But isn't the "mastiff" a lab?

    The photos don't do this big boy justice. He was HUGE. The owners said he was a Mastiff so maybe he's a mix of Mastiff and Lab. No Lab I've ever seen gets that big!
