Care to guess the speed limit?

It's Tucson Trivia Tuesday! Tucson, circa 1903, began a speed limit law. Speed was 7 miles per hour! And Tucson didn't begin issuing driver's licenses until 1905. Whoa, Nellie! Slow down.....
