Time for another "Where is this?"

First one of you eagle-eyed visitors to correctly identify this ivy-covered building wins a YOU KNOW WHAT - yes, one of the unique and fabulous "Monday already?" t-shirts! As an alternate prize, I can also offer a "Monday already?" mousepad. Your choice. Good luck everyone!

    Good guess with all those beautifully restored bldgs downtown but no - not there. This is further north - not downtown at all.

    I didn't get out in the car, but I did confirm via Google Maps street level: River & Campbell, sw corner. I believe it's a Long Realty office (the ivy has grown quite a bit since the Google cameras captured the images).
