Sculptural Dessert ~

Have you ever seen a polka dotted cake? This thin curved cup of cake is filled with strawberry mousse and rests in a berry sauce decorated with white chocolate shavings. Mmmm! Just one of the Arizona Inn's lovely dessert offerings.
