Food Truck Stop

Wherever you drive in Tucson you can spot the food trucks. Specialty trucks featuring a huge variety of cuisines makes "going out to lunch" easy and fast. This is one of my favorite trucks - Cheesy Rider. They specialize in grilled cheese.... what's not to like? This herd of trucks happened to be in an empty lot on Ft Lowell and Campbell. And, just like a herd of cattle, they move on....

    1. Oh that sounds really good! There's probably not a cheese/bread combo that I wouldn't like! I do tend to rely on the old classic of cheddar on sourdough but to me all cheeses and breads are friends!!

  2. Two years ago no one had seen a food truck in Stockholm, now they are everywhere. I am yet to try one.

    1. Hi Stefan! Likewise in Tucson. They have only recently become common. And it's a big business! The trucks have Twitter accounts and will tweet where they are every day so that their fans can find them! They are like rock stars!
