It's that time again! Where is this?

For regular visitors to the site, this is a common question....."Where is this?"   There is only one rule for this contest: be the first to correctly identify this location and you will receive a "fabulous" TDP t-shirt! What an incentive! (smile)  Good luck!

    I give up! I checked public art in Tucson, court house, law library and various other places; even cropped and enlarged the medallion in the centre as well as the sculpt on the top left. Stumped. Tell us tomorrow?!
