Tucson Food Friday ~


Lamb is a very popular entree for the traditional Easter holiday meal and here is a version that you might want to try. This recipe was created by the Chef de Cuisine at Maynard's, one of Tucson's favorite restaurants. Enjoy!

  4. I want to ask if this could be made in white meat instead of lamb. I understand that would differ a taste slightly, but would it even taste good. Me and my husband are avoiding red meat but are tempted to try this recipe. Also if you could mention the cooking time and preparation time for your recipies, it would really help newbies like me :) Back Pain Relief
