After I walked around the City of TucsonResource Campus and admired the huge human head sculpture and the abstract animal head sculpture (see previous 2 posts), I spotted this little seafoam green lion nestled in the grass. Very weird! Someone's personal shrine? Seems very odd to have this small piece tucked away in the weeds. Dunno.

I'm a transplanted New Yorker who loves the Tucson climate. On New Year's Day I have a bit of fun calling my (snowbound) east coast friends to announce that I'm drinking coffee while sitting on my patio. (:
Perhaps was it for the Chinese New Year of last year??
ReplyDeleteYes, perhaps! It's definitely a little odd thing just stuck in the grass....
