seeing the annual tiny Santa hats appear on the ears of Father Kino's horse. Does anyone know who keeps up this tradition? One year I remember seeing Father Kino, also, wearing a Santa hat but usually it's just the horse who gets dressed up. Have a wonderful Christmas Eve, everyone!

Yippeee!! Thanks for this photo, it really means Christmas is just about to happen! As far as I know, no one has ever been "caught" doing this decorating, nor has confessed...er, taken credit (!), for it...kind of hope no one does because it's a fun, festive mystery!
