Bubbles fence ~

I always love to see anything utilitarian turned into something whimsical or beautiful. Here's a piece of fun fencing downtown just off of Congress Street.

    Fun! One could make a game out of this fence, seeing recognizable figures...I see a Mickey Mouse right at the start (with one ear bigger than the other,!) and a little further down, a 1950's styling lady wearing huge hair curlers!!
