If you are a gambler or an actuary maybe you can figure the odds of these two license plates being parked side by side in a public parking lot. Weird or what??
This happened to my husband and I. We went to the DMV together to get plates for our cars when we moved to a new state. Our numbers were separated by 2 digits in the last number. I suspect a similar situation happened here.
