Around town there are a handful of ghostly white bicycles that mark the place where a bicyclist was killed. These poignant memorials are installed by the biking community to honor the rider as well as to create awareness of how vulnerable a bicyclist is competing with motorized vehicles. This particular ghost bike honors Jose Rincon who was killed by a drunk driver.
