Dragon? Lizard? Long-haired Eel?

Well whatever this creature is on a midtown homeowner's wall, it is certainly colorful! I'm not sure if he's eating his catch of the day or what he's doing... What do you think?

    Well he definitely looks surprised. Maybe that little octopus thing just floated into his mouth.

    Wow, that is one colorful creature! I think he got a good look at that prickly cactus just under his feet and is trying to decide to fly/race/swim away...and also dealing with some very serious nose hairs!!
