A Matter of Perception ~

This is one of my all-time favorite road signs in Tucson. Way out east by Saguaro National Park someone thought it necessary to post the warning, "Congested Area."

    Ha-ha, the County gets all the fun! I think the City should put one at Golf Links and Kolb and then do a study on how many motorists even see it!!
